Expense Analyst – US Client

Job Summary
Oversee and audit corporate credit card expenditures, maintain timely and accurate reporting in line with company policies, support the corporate card program including issuance and resolution of issues, collaborate with internal teams to enhance expense management processes, analyze expense data to identify patterns and maintain precision, provide specialized technical knowledge to support financial projects, handle intricate tasks related to expense reporting and compliance, and contribute to initiatives that drive value for clients.
Required Qualifications
- +1 year in account reconciliations or administrative background with stakeholders management in a corporate environment
- Advanced English (oral & written)
- MS Office (Excel intermediate)
- soft skills: excellent communication, detail-oriented, collaborative, independent, adaptable, dynamic
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economy, Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar is a plus
- SAP 4Hana, Concur, Zycus are a plus
