Job Summary

Coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements for employees, trade shows, and company events while managing intake processes and preferred vendor relationships. Audit and process employee expense reports to ensure timely reimbursement, verifying supporting documentation and proper cost allocation to direct, indirect, and project accounts. Ensure compliance with DCAA requirements, FAR Part 31 cost principles, and corporate travel policies by identifying discrepancies and resolving allowable and unallowable costs. Assist with corporate credit card reconciliations, provide guidance on reporting processes, and support general administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering or auditing employee expense reports
  • Experience coordinating business travel
  • Working knowledge of DCAA requirements, FAR Part 31 cost principles, and government contracting compliance
  • Experience reviewing financial transactions for accuracy and proper cost allocation
  • Understanding of travel policies, expense management, and reimbursement processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve discrepancies independently
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national
  • Must be a U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder)
  • Must be a Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157
  • Must be an Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must meet the U.S. Person definition in 22 CFR 120.62
  • Must be able to complete a drug screening if required by conditional offer, state law, or safety-sensitive position

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating business travel is preferred
  • Experience with expense management, accounting, or ERP systems preferred
