Expeditor

Perform minor facility maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and pressure washing. Assist with tenant or departmental moves by transporting equipment between sites and driving a vehicle for parts pick-up. Maintain clean and orderly areas while executing ceiling tile replacements and wall penetration repairs. Conduct exterior tasks such as litter pick-up and exterior painting. Requires a valid Washington driver's license.
