Job Summary
The Food Runner/Expeditor facilitates the restaurant food service process by matching order tickets with prepared food items, ensuring timely delivery to guests and maintaining high food quality standards. Responsibilities include checking plate presentation, monitoring ticket times, using safe food handling practices, and packaging take-out orders with care. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-oriented approach. A high school diploma or GED and ServSafe certification are required.
