Job Summary
Manage ticket flow and coordinate timing of all orders while ensuring food is plated correctly and meets presentation standards. Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams on all orders and modifications, and organize calls to maintain efficient service. Assist with final garnishes and plate checks before food leaves the line, and maintain a clean, organized expo station. You may run food at times. This role is essential to maintaining flow, quality, and guest satisfaction during service at The Ocean Club in Martha's Vineyard.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
