Job Summary
Expeditor needed to manage aircraft materials and parts disposition, identify and correct allocation discrepancies, reroute inventory, and process documentation to support production schedules. Responsibilities include expediting materials through repair, subcontract, and supplier channels; daily inventory control across multiple engine racks; preparing engine racks for assembly; collaborating with Customer Service and Operations to mitigate shortages; maintaining data accuracy in ERP systems; delivering materials and engines to production areas while upholding safety, quality, and operational standards. Requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds, knowledge of hazardous materials handling, and a valid US work authorization. Minimum 1+ years in warehouse/inventory control or production support within manufacturing/aerospace is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A valid class 5 driver's license (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average workday, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
