Job Summary
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, shipping dates, and delivery times while tracking order status to proactively address potential delays. Maintain regular communication with project management, operations teams, procurement leads, engineers, and logistics personnel to provide updates on manufacturing status. Ensure all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates, are accurate and complete. Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery schedules, evaluate supplier performance, and review vendor progress reports to improve delivery times and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not always required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the oil and gas industry supply chain
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desired Qualifications
