Job Summary
Expeditor serves as the liaison between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is flawless and adheres to Hall Management Group standards. The role supports high-volume, fast-paced upscale dining and includes collaboration with chefs to expedite food during service, with training provided. Candidates should have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, be positive and hospitable, and capable of working nights, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality control, and maintaining guest satisfaction, with opportunities for training and career growth and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, dining discounts, and an employee referral program.
