Job Summary
Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards, coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations, and send accurate orders to tables. Ensure restroom checks are completed while maintaining excellent customer service skills and etiquette in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old with a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, able to multi-task, lift up to 30 lbs., and work a variety of shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
- Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift
- Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests
- Understanding of English language
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to continuously bend, reach and twist
