Job Summary
Select, move, and load bags of dog/cat food, cases of cans, and litter from warehousing racks onto pallets manually and using equipment. Safely bend, lift, and move materials up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift while operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or high reach trucks. Build pallets accurately and efficiently to ensure product is not damaged upon delivery. Read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers, while complying with all safety procedures and regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers
- Candidate must have reliable transportation
- Candidate must have flexible schedule
- Candidate must have solid attendance
- Candidate must have a positive, professional attitude
- Experience in safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck)
- High degree of skill and dexterity in operation and safe control of warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12pm-8:30pm Or until the job is done
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack, a plus
- Experience with Infor WMS, a plus
