Job Summary

Compile and maintain material and parts inventory status to expedite movement between production areas. Analyze production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to ensure parts availability for assembly. Use pick lists and paint matrices to verify parts for daily operations, providing updated availability information to Assembly Team Leaders. Coordinate closely with product coordinators from supporting departments to meet scheduled assembly requirements. Adhere to all safety rules and procedures while performing these duties.

Required Qualifications

  • High School education
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications
  • Highly skilled in the use of Tru-View
  • Highly skilled in the use of Syteline
  • Knowledge of Quality requirements
  • Knowledge of material specifications per drawings
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
  • Dependable
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
