Job Summary
Communicate orders between front and back of house, ensuring food is cooked correctly, efficiently, and presented to guests. Follow opening and closing procedures, maintain proper food temperatures, and ensure accurate delivery. Lead food runners, coordinate order delivery, and uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and sanitation in kitchen areas. Handle and clean equipment safely while adhering to appearance and uniform guidelines. Manage resources, multitask, and adapt to changing circumstances. Requires two to three years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or club setting, ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays, and strong organizational and leadership skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds
