Job Summary
Expeditor ensures smooth flow of food orders between kitchen and dining area, tracks preparation and fulfillment of dine-in or carryout orders, inspects dishes for conformity to orders and standards, informs diners of delays, coordinates with cooks and kitchen staff, stocks ingredients, packages and delivers carryout orders, and transports plates and beverages to diners. Must navigate a fast-paced, loud environment, listen and speak effectively, observe health and sanitation standards, and provide high-quality service to maintain and attract customers.
