Job Summary

Oversee food delivery to customers, ensuring plates leave the kitchen within 20 minutes and meet high quality standards for presentation and seasoning. Maintain a clean, organized line and expeditor station while wiping plate rims and keeping the floor swept. Manage guest records with confidentiality and accuracy, promoting positive relations with guests, vendors, and team members. Knowledgeable of the menu and liquor items, this dual-rated role may include duties as a Server, Busser, Cashier, or Host across multiple locations. Requires a Class II Gaming License, Food Handlers Permit, and Liquor License, with a minimum age of 21 and ability to work in a 24/7 casino and hotel environment.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Knowledge of State and County sanitation procedures
  • Washington State Food Handlers Permit
  • Washington State Liquor License
  • Serve Safe Permit
  • Must possess refined verbal communication skills
