Job Summary

Oversee food delivery to customers, ensuring plates leave the kitchen within 20 minutes and maintaining high presentation standards. Clean and wipe plate rims, keep the expeditor line organized, sweep floors, and ensure all food leaves the kitchen on trays. Uphold food safety and health standards while managing multiple outlets or roles such as server, busser, cashier, and host. Maintain guest and team member relations with strong communication skills, ensuring confidentiality of records and a neat, well-groomed professional appearance. Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino and hotel environment, complying with all policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Knowledge of State and County sanitation procedures
  • Washington State Food Handlers Permit
  • Washington State Liquor License
  • Serve Safe Permit
  • Must possess refined verbal communication skills
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
