Expedite all required items according to standardized recipes, set up service units, and serve items with established portions and presentation standards. Notify the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty of expected shortages, ensure assigned work areas and equipment remain clean and sanitary, and set up, maintain, and break down the Expo station. Adhere to local health and safety regulations and follow all Suburban Inns processes while exhibiting regular attendance records. Requires high school diploma, one year of full-service restaurant experience, and ServSafe Food and Allergen certification preferred. Work regularly varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and weekend assignments based on business demands.
