Job Summary
Track work orders, monitor execution via Production Analysis and Daily Movement Reports, and ensure on-time delivery to the manufacturing plan. Identify issues, escalate unresolved aging or on-hold orders, and coordinate with management using appropriate protocols. Update MRP system work orders held for over a day to generate automated reports and communicate daily production updates to key stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, and Production Control teams to complete job orders within customer specifications. Requires three to five years of supply chain/production planning experience, strong computer skills in Excel and Outlook, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years related experience in supply chain/production planning in a manufacturing environment and/or training
- Strong computer skills to include Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to work cross functionally with many levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently, as well as under direction
- Must be highly motivated and well organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both one to one and in a group setting
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Candidate must be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)
