Job Summary
Expeditionary Project Manager needed to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based at NSA Naples, Italy. Responsibilities span planning, design, construction, and closeout; coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver code-compliant projects on time and within budget. Tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering analyses, cost estimates, and specifications; reviewing third-party designs; managing governance, scheduling, funds, and reporting; conducting site visits; handling submittals and RFIs; supporting budgeting and value engineering; ensuring compliance with DoD, DON, NAVFAC, IBC, Life Safety Code, and related regulations; and producing technical reports and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program or an NCARB-approved equivalent, with at least 5 years of architectural design experience, including new construction, renovation, and repair projects; Registered Architect (RA) licensure desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, with at least 5 years of engineering and facilities design experience for new construction, renovation, and repair projects, including at least 1 year on Federal Agency Capital Improvement projects; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure desirable.
- Must have a valid US driver's license.
