Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials and forging parts production to ensure manufacturing schedules are met efficiently. Track order statuses, resolve bottlenecks with suppliers, and closely monitor manufacturing processes to catch and fix delays early. Communicate daily with customer regional and site teams regarding order status and expected delivery dates, while updating the line of balance and demand order book. Requires 2+ years of expediting experience in manufacturing, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems like SAP or Oracle, and the ability to interpret aerospace engineering drawings. This On Site Customer Representative role is based in Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of expediting or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
- Project Management Skills
- Proficiency with operations planning and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret basic aerospace engineering drawings, parts lists, and routing sheets
