Job Summary
Expediter role in hotel restaurant: provide friendly, courteous, and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to guests; deliver food to dining guests; stock glassware, utensils, napkins, ice, and cleaning supplies; clear tables and assist service staff; maintain cleanliness of bar and dining surfaces; transport equipment safely; participate in deep cleaning and adhere to safety procedures; follow all safety policies and ensure guest satisfaction. Requires high school or equivalent education; hospitality/restaurant experience preferred; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs, and work in a hotel environment with varying temperatures.
