Expediter at West Texas Chop House responsible for completing prep, setting up Expo station, monitoring ticket times, maintaining product quality and cook time standards, preparing menu items per recipes, and performing side duties (stocking, bussing tables, cleaning back of house areas, washing dishes). Must read and interpret West Texas Chop House guidelines, read order slips, communicate effectively with Front of House and guests, and handle knives and other prep equipment safely. Emphasis on accuracy, timely execution, and adherence to recipes and standards; strong attendance and punctuality required.
