EXPANSION Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise Manufacturing Operators in component preparation, filling, capping, autoclaving, terminal sterilization, compounding, and lyophilization production. Coordinate production schedules, equipment maintenance, and operations to ensure optimum utilization of personnel and materials. Develop employees through orientation, training, and objective establishment while maintaining compliance with cGMPs, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Monitor production schedules, evaluate staff performance, and conduct investigations or document corrections as needed. Perform periodic SOP reviews and provide feedback for process improvements. Execute production floor tasks as required. Reports to the Manufacturing Manager in Lexington.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- 5 + years' experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
- 2+ years' experience leading teams, either formally or informally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within aseptic or lyophilization manufacturing preferred
- Technical writing experience, preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, preferred
