EXPANSION Manufacturing Operator

Job Summary
Operate aseptic filling equipment, perform line clearances, and execute sterilization of components while weighing and measuring raw materials to assure batch accuracy. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures by maintaining records, conducting filter testing, and initiating actions for process deviations. Review completed documentation for quality and cGMP compliance, participate in troubleshooting and process improvement activities, and perform on-the-job training for new operators. Collaborate with quality, validation, and supply chain teams to ensure production goals are achieved. This role requires a high school education and 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for pharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- 2+ years' working within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude, ability to operate processing equipment
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions
- Track record of consistent attendance and overall reliability
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or aseptic manufacturing environment
- Prior knowledge and/or ability to understand and follow job related regulatory requirements (cGMP, OSHA, FDA)
