Job Summary
Expansion Director responsible for shaping and optimizing Kjell & Company’s market footprint across Sweden and Norway. Owns market strategy with a focus on partnerships, profitability, and scalable, sustainable market setup. Leads commercial negotiations and agreements across markets, drives development and optimization of market presence, ensures profitability through structured follow-up and performance tracking, and leverages data-driven insights to improve business performance and customer flows. The role requires senior, commercially driven leadership with proven experience across multiple markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate multi-market stakeholder landscapes. Fluency in Swedish is required. Travel is involved; location is Malmö HQ.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience
- Proven track record in leading commercial development, negotiations, and agreements across multiple markets
- Strong profitability track record with full or significant P&L responsibility
- Ability to navigate complex multi-market environments and stakeholder landscapes
- Highly data-driven with ability to translate insights into concrete business decisions
- Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships
- Fluent in Swedish
