Expansion Account Executive - Emerging Business

Job Summary
Expansion AE with ownership of a post-sale book of business in the Emerging segment (≤300 employees). Drive expansion by managing high-velocity deals, identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, presenting ROI and value, handling multiple demos and proposals, and ensuring meticulous documentation. Must be organized, customer-focused, and capable of navigating a fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience with CRM and sales tech (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo) and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. A startup mentality and the ability to manage a large volume of accounts and forecast expansion opportunities are key. Bonus if you have experience with CMMS or facility operations software, remote work history, and related sales tech stacks.
