Job Summary
Expansion Account Executive - Emerging: Own a post-sale book of business for the Emerging segment (≤300 employees), drive expansion within existing accounts, and manage a high-velocity pipeline. Responsibilities include proactive prospecting, providing innovative solutions, conducting product demonstrations, presenting ROI and value, maintaining organized documentation, and forecasting expansion opportunities. Utilize systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo; thrive in a startup-mentality environment with a focus on client care, retention, and long-term partnerships. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, data-driven storytelling, multi-tasking across demos, proposals, follow-ups, and ensuring client success through expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales closing experience
- Demonstrated success managing a large volume of prospects while driving product adoption
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to convey data-driven insights
- Proven ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and deal management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams
- Positive and creative mindset aligned with company values
- Willingness to improve through coaching and learn about customers’ industries
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg (bonus)
- Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software (bonus)
- Documented success in remote settings (bonus)
