Job Summary
Frame, prep, and expand Nomex, Kevlar, and OX blocks per shop work orders, recording expanded size, cell size, press times, and material usage. Heat set blocks using prescribed programs, fill out shop orders with labor transactions in SAP, and transfer expanded blocks to the dipping area. Perform scheduled machine PMs, apply 5S concepts to maintain a safe environment, and speak, read, and write English. Must hold a forklift certification and valid California driver's license, lift 50 lbs, and be available for overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Forklift Certification
- valid California Driver's License
- acceptable driving record
- ability to speak, read and write English
- ability to lift, push & pull a minimum of 50 lbs
- U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR
