Job Summary
Facilitate monthly Mental Health Team Meetings to coordinate Tier 1 prevention programs and establish student screening schedules. Provide brief interviews and treatment to Tier 2 and Tier 3 students, conduct home visits for absent students, and lead support groups for identified Tier 2 participants. Complete Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaires for Tier 3 students and follow up upon discharge. Perform data collection for assessments and interventions, submit monthly ESMH reports, and pre/post report on evidence-based interventions. Review the Statement of Work and perform additional duties as required by grant guidelines. This 20-hour weekly position includes on-site clinical supervision and training opportunities, with funding contingent upon grant approval for a minimum of 44 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Hold BSW
- Must Subscribe to the NASW Code of Ethics
- Ability to function professionally within a multidisciplinary team that includes parents, guardians, caregivers, foster parents, kinship, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have good organization and time-management skills
