Expanded Learning Site Director, Interim

Oversee daily operations of the After School Program, including opening and closing, scheduling students and staff, and tracking attendance and academic progress. Manage a team of After School Educators by hiring, evaluating, coaching, and facilitating professional development to meet student needs. Collaborate with the Principal to align program goals with school vision, communicate regularly with families, and ensure nutrition requirements are met. Maintain accurate student and personnel records in compliance with Aspire procedures. This role supports the Aspire mission of preparing scholars for college and career through a culture of high expectations and college preparation.
