Job Summary
Program Leader for ISANA Achernar after-school program, serving ~20-25 K-8 students with supervision during 2:15pm–6:00pm, providing academic support, enrichment activities, and positive reinforcement; collaborate with partners/vendors, maintain attendance/rosters/behavior records, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment; supervise activities, implement lesson plans, and work with teachers/coordinators to ensure program success; flexible on-call schedule (at least three times per week) suited for students or part-time workers; requires at least 48 college credits and the ability to communicate in academic English; TB and fingerprint clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- At Least 48 College Credits
- Ability to speak, read, and write academic English
- Prior Experience working with school aged children preferred
- TB and Fingerprint check required
