Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) across campuses, designing and maintaining a high-quality, compliant, financially sustainable program that supports student learning, engagement, and well-being. Drive program leadership and operations including design and implementation of engaging academic, enrichment, recreation, and social-emotional offerings; staffing, supervision, coaching, and professional development; budgeting and grant management; enrollment, billing, and financial reconciliation; family engagement; compliance with laws, grants, and collective bargaining agreements; data collection, attendance reporting, and program evaluation; and collaboration with school leadership and community partners to ensure equitable access and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience managing youth programs, expanded learning programs, educational programs, or related services.
- Experience managing budgets and grant-funded programs.
- Experience supervising multiple staff members.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree strongly from an accredited college or university.
- Five or more years of program leadership experience.
- Experience in a K–12 educational setting.
