Expanded Learning (ELT) Flyers After School Program Lead

Lead a high-quality Expanded Learning Flyers after-school program at Framingham Public Schools middle school(s), supervising and supporting staff, coordinating with community partners, and overseeing daily operations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging hands-on, project-based learning environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events and field trips, addressing student needs and incidents, overseeing medication administration per district policy, and maintaining program schedules and rosters. Strong collaboration with school leadership, families, and community partners; emphasis on cultural responsiveness and restorative approaches to conflict. Requires First Aid/CPR/AED and Safety Care certifications upon hire; high school diploma required; bilingual skills preferred; non-exempt hourly role with afternoon schedules (2:15pm–5:15pm, Monday–Thursday strongly preferred).
