Expanded Learning Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee the Community Partnership School related extended learning and enrichment programs. Develop and implement before-, during-, and after-school activities; coordinate academic, cultural, and recreational programming; manage sign-in logs, participant files, transportation, and snack program; develop partnerships with community organizations and school staff; coordinate evaluation processes and reporting; recruit and coordinate volunteers; contribute to a positive learning environment; oversee YMCA contract duties as applicable; ensure compliance with CHS policies and background screening; require Florida driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, required
- Associate’s degree strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services field from an accredited university
- Equivalent combination of education and working experience may be substituted
- Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire is required, along with daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school or community agency setting, required
- One year of experience implementing or supervising a positive learning environment, preferred
