Job Summary
Expanded Learning Coordinator coordinates and oversees Community Partnership School extended learning and enrichment programs, including before-, during-, and after-school activities; manages academic, cultural, and recreational programming; maintains logs and paperwork; oversees facility management, transportation arrangements, and snack/distribution reporting; develops partnerships with community organizations and school staff; coordinates evaluation processes and professional development; recruits and coordinates volunteers; supports a YMCA contract for on-site after-school programs; ensures training, compliance, and positive program outcomes; requires strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, and a commitment to social service, with experience in school/community settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Associate’s degree strongly preferred; OR Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services
- Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire and daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school or community agency setting (required)
- Experience implementing or supervising a positive learning environment (preferred)
