Job Summary
Conduct a variety of dental services including taking impressions, placing fillings, and performing routine procedures while assisting dentists with patient care. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients on hygiene and preventive care. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout all interactions. This role requires a Certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant with previous dental office experience to join the Vail Family Dentistry team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)
- Previous experience in a dental office
- Knowledge of dental instruments and materials
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
