Job Summary
Expanded Function Dental Assistant role in Ohio Kids Dental, located in Cuyahoga Falls. Responsibilities include assisting dentists chair-side, performing patient care and general lab duties, taking and processing dental radiographs, preparing/sterilizing instruments, taking impressions, teaching patients about oral hygiene, documenting medical history and vital signs, and providing post-treatment care instructions. Requires EFDA certification with CDA or RDA and EFDA coursework; X-ray certification preferred. On-site, full-time with a starting salary of $32/hour plus experience-based increases and bonus potential. Growth into leadership roles within a kid-friendly dental care environment.
Required Qualifications
- CDA or RDA and EFDA course completion (as mandated per state requirements)
- X-ray certification
- Coronal Polishing certification is a plus
