Job Summary
Provide care for acute medical concerns and offer same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs without your own patient panel. Address a broad range of issues including chest pain, abdominal pain, UTIs, wound care, and time-sensitive post-hospital follow-ups while managing initial changes in chronic conditions. Complete thorough documentation for all patient encounters and maintain working knowledge of common primary care issues. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends across a 365-day schedule from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. This full-time role is based in San Francisco at the Mission Bay office.
Required Qualifications
- State licensing in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- At least one year of experience caring for pediatric patients including newborns
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- The ability to work at least 3 major holidays a year
- The ability to work two full weekends per month (4 shifts)
- The ability to work between the hours of 8am-9pm
- State licensing in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
