Job Summary
Provide acute medical care in outpatient/urgent care settings with same-day and next-day access; manage a broad range of conditions (chest pain, dyspnea, abdominal pain, URI/UTI, dermatologic and musculoskeletal issues) and perform procedures as needed. Maintain thorough documentation for all encounters, stay current with evidence-based urgent care practices, and work in a fast-paced, 7-days-a-week schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires California state licensure and the ability to work at the San Francisco Mission Bay office; requires 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary/urgent care and at least 1 year of pediatric care (including newborns). The role is full-time with a base salary range of $178,000–$189,520, with additional pay potential based on qualifications and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed California clinician (CA license)
- 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary or urgent care
- 1+ year pediatric care experience (0+)
- Flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work in San Francisco Mission Bay location

- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- At least one year of experience caring for pediatric patients
- State licensing in California
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work at least 3 major holidays a year
- Ability to work two full weekends per month (4 shifts)
