EXP Painter

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming exterior and interior surfaces including buildings, fences, and common areas. Apply paint, stain, sealants, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment while repairing minor drywall, stucco, and surface imperfections before finishing. Perform color matching to ensure consistency with HOA-approved schemes and inspect work to execute necessary touch-ups. Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures for elevated surfaces, and coordinate projects with maintenance staff and contractors. Ensure work areas remain clean and safe for residents. Full-time Monday through Friday position with a pay rate up to $20 DOE. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Vero Beach area.
