Manufacturing assembly operator responsible for executing planned production per semi-autonomous task group, ensuring work is performed according to GMP and traceability guidelines; manage tools and materials, perform first-line maintenance on equipment, log production data in ERP, inspect lenses for defects, approve or reject items, contribute to new product testing and process improvements, and train both new and existing staff on prescribed qualification protocols.
