EXP LICENSED Property Manager

Direct and oversee daily building operations, supervise on-site staff, and serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors. Prepare management reports, administer vendor contracts, coordinate preventative maintenance programs, and work with engineers and contractors. Assist with annual budget preparation, review invoices, and enforce community rules while maintaining accurate records. Coordinate hurricane preparedness and emergency response procedures as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and support Board meetings. This senior on-site leader role includes monthly financial report reviews and policy administration in accordance with Board direction.
