Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the homeowners association, including common areas, resident inquiries, and emergency repairs. Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate maintenance projects, and monitor vendor contracts and performance. Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and newsletters while implementing Board decisions and policies. Assist with budget administration, assessment collection, and reserve planning. Enforce covenants, issue violation notices, and facilitate conflict resolution. Maintain association records, manage insurance claims, and ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws. Serve as the primary liaison between the Board, homeowners, and vendors. Full-time position with salary up to $90K DOE. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Boca Raton area.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
