Manage the full operations of a large HOA with a clubhouse and extensive staff, serving the board to achieve community goals. Oversee all functions including maintenance, finances, administration, and compliance with documents and laws. Lead the team with high leadership qualities, ensuring strict adherence to Florida certification and licensing requirements. This role is based in the North Palm Beach area and requires a commute within 45 minutes. The position offers up to $120,000 DOE.
