Job Summary
Monitor communication intercepts in English and foreign languages, providing immediate oral summaries followed by typed or handwritten gists in a format specified by the government customer. Identify conversants using voice libraries or conversation context, maintain slang and code lists, and enter summaries into digital media. Operate recording, playback, and T2S2 systems as directed by US Government personnel, ensuring all documents are signed, initialed, and witnessed per regulations. Prepare digital copies for storage and arrange administrative paperwork into binders and folders. Perform oral interpretation between foreign and English languages, or translate and transcribe audio, video, and written materials including maps and charts. Validate transcripts by comparing them to source media to ensure verbatim accuracy. Maintain a Secret level security clearance and demonstrate native or near-native language skills in the assigned exotic language.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years of combined work and educational experience
