Job Summary
Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to translate them into viable solution architectures for complex SAP, Cloud, and Data landscapes. Develop and evolve application and solution architectures while establishing governance principles and technical guardrails. Evaluate emerging technologies regarding their actual business value and act as a sparring partner between business units, IT, and technical specialists. This role offers a fixed salary up to 150,000 CHF, 3–4 days of home office per week, and highly flexible working hours. The position includes support for the SBB half-fare ticket and attractive health and insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Solution Architect, Application Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren Senior-Rolle
- Fundiertes Verständnis von SAP und S/4HANA
- Erfahrung mit BTP
- Verständnis für Cloud- und Datenplattformen
- Verständnis für Integrationen
- Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel komplexer Applikationslandschaften
- Erfahrung mit Architekturprinzipien
- Erfahrung mit Governance
- Erfahrung mit End-to-End Solution Design
- Ausgeprägtes Business- und Prozessverständnis
- Fähigkeit, technologische Entscheidungen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
