Job Summary
Greet and assist customers at the Exit Booth, providing superior service during all aspects of the rental car process for Emerald Aisle members. Prepare rental documents accurately, verify car information and VIN numbers, and offer refueling options. Maintain the booth's appearance, ensure appropriate supplies are stocked, and provide undivided attention while resolving customer service issues. Thank customers at transaction conclusion and offer directions or local information as needed. Work Thursday through Monday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM onsite at Salt Lake International Airport.
Required Qualifications
- Must work with current employer for at least 6 months
- Must be located in SLC within 30 days
- Must be able to work the posted schedule
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
