Job Summary
Prepare rental documents accurately, verify car information and VIN numbers, and maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth. Provide undivided attention to customers by greeting them, resolving service issues, and offering refueling options to Emerald Aisle members. Ensure the booth is stocked with supplies and assist customers with directions and local area information. Work 40 hours per week with open availability for days, evenings, and weekends at Savannah International Airport.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must have open availability including days, evenings, and weekends
