Job Summary
Enter exhibitor orders, research invoices and show information in Freeman billing systems, and process complex inquiries to ensure successful on-site delivery. Provide expert support for customer needs including products, services, billing questions, and technical issues while maintaining accurate knowledge of exhibitor products and website ordering. Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies, quote prices and credit terms in compliance with policies, and funnel custom requests through lead routing channels. Manage Exhibitor Services contact channels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate production and delivery. Handle inbound leads, phone calls, emails, and chats to maintain high accuracy and efficiency. Travel 25% to 50% to show sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- relevant work experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Exhibitor Service Representatives are required to take and pass the New Employee Training (NET) program with an 80% or higher score
- six (6) hours of customer service modules that must be completed and passed with an 85% or higher score
- Travel 25% to 50%
