Job Summary
The Exercise Specialist provides Athletic Republic® program services, including evaluations and training for regional athletes. This role involves coordinating program delivery, assisting with daily operations at the Avera Human Performance Center, and advising on proper training program design. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, along with a commitment to Avera’s values of compassion and teamwork. Certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years related experience
- Training in Athletic Republic® performance sports training program
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach - National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
