Job Summary
Conduct daily stretching, strength, speed, agility, power, and conditioning development programs for teams and individuals. Design and maintain virtual exercise plans for remote clients while testing progress to measure improvement throughout training. Plan, write, and maintain daily, weekly, and yearly training programs for high school, collegiate, private groups, and clients. Update and enhance the exercise database, educational content, and online resources including team groups, program templates, and social media platforms. Build connections with referring personnel and reach out to prospective clients to sign up for programs. Share additional services such as sports psychology and nutrition with current clients to expand participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Less than 1 year relevant experience
- Master's degree in related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic Foundational Knowledge of strength and conditioning or physical performance training
- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential
- Eligible to sit for the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist examination
- Comparable credential to NSCA certification upon hire
- NSCS Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Credential
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation certification
